Your appointments are reserved exclusively for you, and a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice not only disrupts my schedule but also denies other clients access to that time slot. As much notice as possible is appreciated for any changes in schedule.

Please be aware that if a session is canceled within 24 hours, it will be considered a fully-paid session, and charges may apply if not paid in advance.

Given that free consultations are offered as a courtesy, it's essential to emphasize the importance of respecting these appointments. Free consultations fill the space of a potential paying client, and being mindful of your commitment ensures that I can continue providing these complimentary sessions.
