Your $20/month membership directly fuels the work of the Adaptive Strength Association, a nonprofit dedicated to making strength training possible for people with disabilities, chronic illness, neurological conditions, or financial barriers. Every contribution helps us offer sliding-scale and fully funded sessions, develop inclusive programs, and build resources that support adaptive athletes across the Comox Valley and beyond.

As a member, you’ll also receive weekly emails with simple, science-informed neuro tips you can use in your own training. These messages offer practical ways to understand your nervous system, improve your movement, and support better recovery — small insights that add up over time.

Think of this membership as two things at once:
A way to strengthen your own training, and a way to stand behind someone who otherwise wouldn’t have access to coaching.
