About Our Pricing
Strength training is for every body – and we build each session around that belief.
Your first step is a free consultation, where we take the time to understand your goals, your history, and the realities you’re navigating. From there, we create an adaptive strength plan that reflects your abilities, your nervous system, and the pace that feels right for you.
Our sessions offer more than guided exercises; these are educational, skill-building appointments designed to help you understand your body, your patterns, and the strategies that make movement feel safer and more effective. Instead of simply directing you through squats or push-ups, we teach you why certain movements matter, how your nervous system responds, and what tools you can use to navigate pain, build strength, and support long-term progress.
Every session includes individualized homework – simple, targeted drills you can use in your daily life. These tools are meant to stay with you long after you leave the gym, giving you practical ways to take charge of your own health and fitness, even on days when you can’t train with us.
We also recognize that finances can be a barrier, and we never want cost to be the reason someone can’t access strength training. Needs-based support is available and can be discussed confidentially in your consultation. There are no forms, no hoops – just an honest conversation about what’s possible. There are no contracts or long-term commitments. Some people train weekly, some come in when their health and energy allow, and others check in periodically while focusing on their homework. We expect life to ebb and flow, and we plan with you rather than around you.
Our shared goal is straightforward:

We bring the knowledge, structure, and lifelong tools to help you build strength in a way that truly fits.
We offer single sessions at $120 + GST, as well as 6-session ($690 + GST) and 12-session ($1,260 + GST) packages at a slightly reduced per-session rate. There are no contracts or long-term commitments, and packages can be paid in installments.
