Recalibrate is a 3-week online learning-focused training series for lifters and movers who want to:

You’ll learn how pain, tension, and “disconnect” aren’t just tissue issues — they’re often nervous system patterns that can be trained.

This is a learning-focused workshop with some guided movement built in. The goal is understanding first — so your training keeps improving long after the workshop ends

You will have the opportunity to pre-submit questions or particular topics you want addressed during the calls, and we'll do our best to accommodate!
